Likes: + Decent parking. + Several equipment available to accompany your workout. + Got a good pilates workout in. Non-likes: - The instructor was a tad bit abrasive with her wording. I guess that's why my class was full of beginners and no one knew what they were doing; maybe the recurring students prefer a different instructor.

I highly recommend taking classes with Vivian. She is an excellent LaGree instructor who teaches an authentic LaGree class. Vivian's class programing allowed participants to transition quickly and achieve the, "Shake, Sweat, Sore," the method is known for. I really appreciated that she directed and controlled the class tempo according to the LaGree Method.

I've been coming here for 2 years and this place had changed my mental health! I used to hate working out but I tried pilates on a whim. It was hard, I was unbalanced, I thought I couldn't keep up...but I kept at it and it paid off. I love pilates and recommned this place to anyone considering pilates. The teachers are great, parking is easy. It's a great vibe with a killer work out. Hello abs!! (I haven't seen them since I had kids 5 years ago).
