Pilates Plus Newport Beach offers a beautiful, clean, and state-of-the-art facility with a variety of equipment to enhance your workout. The studio provides wonderful classes with great music, making for an effective and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the wellness center offers cryo, red light, and compression therapy, creating a mini spa day experience. This female-owned business is known for its kind staff and community involvement, including donations to local school fundraisers. While some instructors may have a more assertive teaching style, the studio overall provides a great pilates and wellness experience under one roof.
