She's just a teeny 4lb chihuahua, so she's always skittish at first, but it was so nice that the area was anti-stress and that Tiffy takes one family's dogs at a time so they can roam around and feel comfortable with the area. It was very personable that there was a consultation in the beginning to see what the best fit for Twinkie was (and also that we got to personalize her fragrance). Twinkie was a happy and relaxed dog when all was said and done and can't wait for her next spa day!“
