Best thing to do ever! I should have done this earlier. I have been going to this sauna everyday for a week now. My health has significantly improved. My inflammation has reduced and I can sleep better at night.

Why The Heck is this place called Perspire?! Heaven is more like it. I tried one session for $20 and am now on the one- month unlimited membership. I used the sauna for a large portion of my life. I love the heat. I got sick and tired of having to do the communal sauna including the one at the globo gyms. Those are gross. I have had everything happen to me in those saunas. This place is different. Here is what I do... Daily: 5AM- 1 hour Strength Cross Training; 0620- 1 to 2 mile cold ocean swim with no wet suit; and 0730- Come here and reap the huge benefits of the infrared, heat, goodness. I have not been here for at least nine months and have forgotten how much I enjoy coming here and getting great service!! Self-care peace of mind relaxing And overall just extremely healthy grateful to have this studio so close... red light therapy and color therapy/light therapy is so good for the soul..... read full review
