Tony from PCH is a class act. Today I was crossing the street in a wheelchair, and was having a bit trouble at the curb edge. People were honking at him to go, yet he still left his car to help push me up. He quickly went back to his truck and drove away. I had just enough time to take a picture of his business truck as he sped away. And thats why im posting to his page now.While this is not a review of his business, its a review of the type of high character this business is a whole is, which I have no doubt carries over to their noteworthy professional work. We engaged Patterson Custom Homes to build a two bedroom guesthouse with a loft. In general, our experience with Patterson was excellent. The Patterson team did good work and responded in a timely fashion to our inquiries and issues, which was important given that we were overseeing the project from our main residence over 2,000 miles away. As with any construction project, there were occasional glitches, but in those cases, Patterson was responsive to our concerns and took ownership where appropriate. Our project manager was particularly good to work with. He was proactive, communicative, and got things done. As a result, the end project looks great.Services: Home building
