Christine is absolutely amazing, I get a massage with her once a months and she is not only knowledgeable but incredibly talented. Hands down the best massage for long term healing.. there is also a sauna and cold plunge right next to her office that you can use after your appointment which is an added benefit.. seriously worth every penny
This was my 1st massage with Christine. After I explained why I felt I needed a massage and the issue I am having she got right to work. This is not a traditional massage where the masseuse has a routine that is done for every client no matter what the client says the massage is needed for. Christine uses less oil which I loved! It felt like she was trying to fix my muscles. She is very knowledgeable of the body. She spent the full time focused on the area of concern and other muscle groups that may be involved. Really thrilled to have found Christine as I ramp up my training! I had a great experience on my first visit and look forward to coming back regularly. It was easy to park and enter the really great facility that Christine is a part of. Her massage room was relaxing and clean, and the massage was top notch - worked out the problem areas and made sure I got the most of my session. She took time to ask me about my training, injuries and other issues to note before we started.
