Debbie did an incredible job covering up my scar. She took the time it took... three sessions. Never did she seem rushed or troubled that she had to see me multiple times. Her assistant Ligia is also super on top of things--great with scheduling and explaining after care. I am so grateful to them!

Debbie Miller at Newport Permanent Makeup does outstanding work! I am so incredibly happy with my permanent eyebrows both in their shape and coloring. I had lost my eyebrows due to normal aging, hormonal changes. Having them back is great! I never feared not having a fantastic end result. Debbie took the time during the consultation to go over every detail of the process and her vision of what my brows would look like. It met my vision as well! Her staff is exceptional as well!

Debbie is correcting a bad job done on my eyebrows. While it has cost me more than I can really afford or expected, she has done an excellent job in making my eyebrows look a lot better. Her staff is also excellent and they are using all CDC guidelines in the office
