my name is Chris Bane I have an entire hour meeting with these people after I was referred by Seth from Bank of America in Huntington Beach anyways, these people wasted my time I had lots of money to invest they never sent back a proposal and basically wasted one hour of my time they actually suck Charles Schwab is way better or Fidelity. Merrill Lynch said that they only check the portfolio quarterly. In addition they do not contact their customers to give them shallow promises, and do not follow through.

Would rather put my money under the mattress. The people I worked with are all a bunch of frat brothers only concerned with making money for themselves, and totally uninterested in the clients. Every single transaction for them is about what they are going to get out of it, their commission, and cover each others a$$es. Run, don't walk away. I especially didn't like working with Mark Easterday and Neil Ratwani.

This was probably one of the best brokerages BEFORE gobbled up by Bank of America. Would have given fewer stars for the BofA control but my peeps are the same so max stars applies.
