Cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this group. Once I transferred my funds it was difficult to get a response from Joyce Lavin. Then, she set up an incorrect and surprise withdrawal from my bank account for $7,200!!! I had to put a stop payment and go through a lot of other bank issues. I also received bad financial advise from her. She told me if I started an IRA, I could reduce by tax liability. She was completely WRONG. My tax person confirmed, in this instance, that was not the case. As a result I had to pay a HUGE tax bill at the end of the year :(. So, now I'm trying to cancel the IRA to pay off the taxes and more problems and expense have occurred. To... read full review
