Had an amazing experience for my first colonics session! I was a bit nervous when it came to trying something different like colonics but I heard great things about this place from a friend of mine. Gentle but effective! Would highly recommend!
I totally agree with all the previous reviews giving 5 stars to Lighten Up. Ron and Irina are personable pros at what they do. It was my first 'open system' colonic and Irina put me at ease. As the process continued I felt totally comfortable and confident in her expertise. Best of all, I had a good result! Am so very happy (and for my colon) to have discovered Lighten Up!
