I’ve been coming to Life Point for years and love it! I was originally recommend by a Pilates Instructor in 2020. They are always professional, super friendly, caring and great at what they do! Highly recommend for pain management, stress reduction. I’ve worked with Lauren, Erin, Paige and Judy.. they’re all wonderful and each have their own unique personalizations.
I initially began at Life Pointe for prenatal care (aches/pains/birth prep), came back for postpartum care (hormone regulation) and became a loyalist after an unexpected cancer diagnosis. Life pointe provides a moment of calm and forced rest. The needling supports inflammation reduction, has cleared my sinuses and kept colds at bay and even if it's a placebo effect / just helping with circulation (I firmly believe it's doing more) it's truly been part of my care plan. Erin is incredible! Have seen her twice for pregnancy related things and had a positive result both times. Renee in scheduling was so accommodating to get me in last minute. Will be recommending to all my friends :)
