Laguna Bay Development just completed a second story deck rebuild for us a short time ago. We could not be happier and are pleased to recommend this Contractor. We had already spoken with three Contractors regarding this project when we were lucky enough to find David, the owner/Contractor from Laguna Bay Development. David is very knowledgeable and has a team of skilled team members who arrived on time, did a quality job and even cleaned up after themselves. Eli at Laguna Bay Developing coordinated two bathroom remodels at my condo. They did one bathroom at a time and the project took 2 months to complete. The tile guys were the very best! I've seen horror stories about tile install gone wrong and I feel grateful that their tile guy was top notch because I am very particular. He was helpful with choosing a grout color - something I hadn't even considered that I would need to do. I went out of town during the project and my water heater broke while I was away. Laguna Bay Developing recently remodelled our kitchen. It was a pretty comprehensive remodel as we took apart the previous kitchen down to the studs. The team, led by Gio was extremely responsive, came up with great ideas and recommendations, and made the entire project less stressful, as it could have been. Gio was especially forthright, direct, and quick to get to the point. We felt comfortable with this team in our home that we actually took a 2-week international trip in the midst of the project and left them in charge of our home. We really enjoyed working with Laguna Bay Developing and highly recommend Gio and his team for any home improvement projects.
