My project was an upstairs remodel including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and stairs. We were working with another contractor until he abandoned the job. So after a difficult exhausting experience, I wasn't eager to look for a new contractor.

He listens to you to help get to something you will like and he can deliver on. We needed our back deck removed and replaced with pavers. We saw representatives from a few companies who talked to us about the work and gave us quotes. We wisely chose Laguna Bay Developing because their quote was competitive and they laid out in detail what they would be doing for us. The whole project was a pleasure. Everyone at Laguna Bay was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And the result was beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased with this company.
It is rare to find contractors that actually care about the quality of work they do! Gio is an ethical person we have come to trust. The master remodel job he did for us was top notch.
