Very poor service and communication. I called on a Sat morning to schedule services for a replacement car key. My car is a 2003 Saab 9-3 convertible. My key had gotten wet and was not functioning. And my phone experienced the same. I scheduled an appt for Sat morning using a friend’s number. They didn’t call / confirm or cancel. When I called, I re-scheduled for Sun. Again, they didn’t call, confirm or cancel. I called Sun close to the time, gave them my updated phone number for new phone.
