As a first-time home buyer, I was relieved when Justin was able to assist me through the loan process. He kept me at ease the entire time as he knew I was overwhelmed with questions and concerns. Thankfully, he was able to resolve any hurtles that came my way and was literally available 24/7. I don't know many loan officers that would do this but he made me feel very comfortable.
