“Honest. Practical. Miracle worker. Reasonably priced. I have had to have my hair color corrected twice by Katie in 2024!!! Each time she has started with coal and made a diamond. This last time, I had gone to get low lights to the fabulous blond she had given me after color correcting my hair from a super botched balayage involving the color green (ewwwwww!). My roots had grown way out, and I wrongfully thought that as a blonding studio she would not do low lights, so I took my business elsewhere. BAD IDEA. The girl I ended up going to did highlights to my roots, a root smudge and an overall toner and called it a day. The toner was straight up grey and blue and totally washed out. I could not survive looking like a grandma from the 80's. Katie had her work cut out for her again this time! She was able to preserve the root, which I wanted, without turning it orange, and return my hair to the beautiful blond that I had before. She also threw in her own highlights to correct the mistakes of the previous hairdresser. The result is a really nice, blended look. Katie gave me some very practical advice about how I should proceed with my hair to eventually get the look I originally wanted. And she did it all at a reasonable price! She also suggested a treatment to protect my hair since I was going in the day after I had had my hair done. She really cares about your hair, and will even turn down money from clients if she thinks their hair is too fried to have more work done. I have seen this in action! Katie is a diamond in the rough. I will definitely be returning!!!“
