Abdel, his family and his employees have always been extremely friendly and professional. When I moved to OC in 2016 it took me a while to find a good dry cleaner, I found Green Hanger in 2017 and it was good, but when Abdel bought it in 2019 he made it great! It’s a good value and I highly recommend for anyone in the area. I’m moving to Salt Lake City and am hoping to find a dry cleaner that’s almost as good.
I went here after I spilled a drink with turmeric in it (notoriously difficult to get out) all over my white pants. They were able to get the stains out completely and my pants were ready the next day!
Since my review, the owner contacted me promptly, and made an effort to resolve the issue. I didn't get a chance to speak with him directly, and didn't even request a refund, but he refunded the full amount of the entire bill. This shows the owner values his customers, and took actions above and beyond what he needed to do to resolve the issue. The few dollar price difference would not have broke the bank on my end. I generally like to leave a business with a positive experience without feeling I was cheated or misled, especially as a new customer.
