On there sign it says ALL work done in house but when I went to take my leather jacket there to get lightly cleaned. They never told me that they sent it out to a company because they don’t do leather. When I finally got my jacket back which was way past the date they told me I was gonna get it back. I saw my jacket it had a small tear up top right and it was scuffed up in a lot of places with really bad creases that I had to get out myself. So overall I recommend never coming here because all work is not done in house and they are lying to their customers.

I wish I could give 5 stars are the front desk was very sweet - but I have been there three time and two of the three times my items came back ruined. A ski jacket with the inside pocket completed melted, and a gray blazer that came back with pink color stained from the inside out. Two relatively expensive coats that have been cleaned before never seen anything like this :(

It is nice that we have a local cleaners here in Newport Beach that is not a rip off! The service is excellent and the prices are totally reasonable. Even for my ridiculous turkey napkins and tablecloths from Thanksgiving that I hesitated bringing in...but they came back perfect! Grace is a gem and always gives me a sweet little homemade dish scrubber that really works!
