I've worked with John twice in obtaining mortgages, and he's done excellent work both times. Most recently, I had some delays in the escrow process due to some title issues - but John was there every step of the way, and kept in close contact with the escrow company to keep me apprised of issues and timing. Highly recommended.

John Bonanno makes an otherwise cumbersome process a lot more bearable. He truly cares about his customers and provides excellent support throughout the mortgage process. He handled my original mortgage back in 2015 and when I decided to refinance this year, there was no question in my mind as to who would handle this for me. My property is on Indian lease land in Palm Springs and this adds a whole new challenge to the process. However John "held my hand" and kept me calm throughout the process. No easy feat. Thanks John for being a consummate professional and "all around good guy".

Simply: John Bonanno is THE bomb!! He had done an amazing job with our first rodeo with him 7 yrs ago. Decided to refi and comparison- shopped. John secured THE best funding. But the most phenomenal feat: John got everything done in a tad over 1 week! We told him from the get-go that we needed to rush the process and John redefined the meaning of warp speed!!!
