“Robert is a magician!! To say I am happy with the results of our carpets is a great injustice to his work.
My carpets (very light in color by the way) hadn’t been cleaned in about 7 years. The high traffic areas were disgusting!! When I booked the cleaning with Robert over the phone, he quoted me a price. I thought for sure once he got here and saw the carpet in person, my price would double. But it didn’t.

“Todd is the best! He always got back to me straight away every time I texted him. Reliable, solid communication which I so much appreciated. I schedule a carpet cleaning w him but unfortunately our apartment complex locked the water spout so there's no water hook up and the leasing office wouldn't unlock it for us to have Todd do the cleaning. I was super bummed and relayed this to Todd and he called me and even apologized on behalf of my apartment complex. It's not even his fault at all; it's my apartment complex and their unwillingness to let me get my carpet cleaned by a vendor of my choosing. Apparently, my complex has a contract w another vendor and won't unlock the water spout for anyone but their vendor. “After getting many quotes and reviewing many companies we moved forward and hired Rigo's Carpet Care & Services and are so happy we did. The carpets are old and have never been professionally cleaned. They had coffee stains, traffic stains and paint. Rigoberto told us from the get go the paint stains would be tough to remove and due to the age of the carpet he was not sure how much of the coffee stains he could clean but he and his nephew would try their best. “We just acquired a very outdated home and I'm all for supporting locals, so I've called up Jeremy and he came over that same afternoon and already pre-warned me about certain stains and wear and tear - well the day came to clean the carpets and he told me .. The carpet is tired .. HAHAHA I've never heard that before and I love it!!!
Anyway, the stains, that were super dark, are now lighter, so we're thinking the previous owner must've spilled something or left maybe cleaning rags on the floor, because it's not just one spot, it's all over a few rooms in the house?!
We have no idea, overall Jeremy did an amazing job! He even cleaned the small carpeted closet areas, which WOW thank you!! Didn’t even ask him to do so, it was very much appreciated!!!!The House smells a little bit fresher than it did before and I couldn't be happier - thank you so very much!
