Upon arrival I was greeted with a mocktail topped with a cherry. She placed the back massager with heat on me as I sat for my service. Carmen is so gentle yet her braiding styles always last. I enjoy conversation with her every time and I always look forward to our next appointment. I highly recommend Carmen, she provides an amazing pampering experience and service.
