Blue harbor dermatology has been extremely helpful in treating my psoriasis. Dr. Belasco has been a huge support and provides care like I have never received. They really care about their patients and have always been a great advocate for getting me the best treatment.
Dr. Belasco is truly wonderful at what he does. I had painful, severe cystic acne after being put on birth control by another dermatologist. Dr. Belasco quickly diagnosed my type of acne, and prescribed me medication to help. My acne has reduced significantly and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received from Dr. Belasco and Blue Harbor Dermatology. Like the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.
Dr. Belasco saved my life. That's not for dramatic effect or an over-exaggeration either. I was covered in psoriasis from head to toe and my joints felt like I kept fires lit inside my body. I could no longer live like that, no longer be a gross, depressed outcast always in pain, always uncomfortable in public, etc etc. Because there's no true 'cure' my thoughts would often end up....well, "negative and worse" will suffice. You know what I'm talking about. After seeing several dermatologists and being told there was nothing left to try I was close to resigning myself to a shut-in agoraphobic lifestyle.
