BASI Pilates

I've been doing pilates for quite a few years now but would try different types; classical, lagree (not really pilates but uses many of the same techniques), etc. BASI is a whole different ball game. From the multiple unique and different pieces of equipment, to the precision of breath and each hand and foot placement, you can tell that the BASI method reaches a much deeper level of alignment and physical strength. LOVE LOVE LOVE this studio! The instructors are so kind and care if you are moving correctly. It's definitely a harder work out when you are doing it right. Other places I feel like I always end up injuring myself because the form is off and the instructors don't bother to correct me. If you love Pilates, come here! Studio is beautiful!

Basi is an excellent inclusive learning academy for Pilates. Over the past weekend I began my Pilates certification and had a good customer service experience for my training. I've been in the health and fitness industry for 14 years and have taken many certification. There is a high level of staff who is knowledgeable. Brandon was exceptional and detailed oriented in his teaching and professionalism. Stella was a big help to me personally getting my books in order and providing a welcoming attitude. It is costly but for the quality you are getting it is definitely worth it!
