I’m saying this as an employee

The company is very passive aggressive when it comes to scheduling shifts. I had a personal emergency and then one of the supervisor was like “Your clients depend on you and depend on you to show up to your shifts” I’m like yeah dude no shit but life is life and I have an emergency and I cannot make it. What are you gonna do?

The orientation portion of this hiring process could’ve been done completely online from home, but they made you show up in person and sit in a room for eight hours so that was annoying.

The pay is also low Can’t even compete with McDonald’s.
