I got there with a swollen knee, the man at the front desk took look and immediately told me that i had uric acid, gave me a very expensive supplements, charge me a total of 100 dls for like five minutes of therapy. My condition get worse, i went to the doctor, she said to me that i got an infection, gave me antibiotics and ordered me to rest for a week. So i guess the guy in charge only cares for the money.

So, a similar scenario as Julia M. I called and spoke to Jorge earlier in the week and scheduled an appointment for a Friday, at 1:00 pm. The appointment was for my father and father in-law, both suffering from back problems. Friday came around, we showed up and Jorge was leaving his business. Jorge had advised that he was having car trouble and had to attend a plumbing issue. We we're left standing... Jorge stated that he had forgotten the appointment, but stated for us to come the next day, on Saturday at 9:00 am, and he would gladly help us out. We arrived on Saturday as scheduled and no Jorge again. I texted the gentleman, and hours later he replies that he was not able to make it. So, why schedule an appointment in the first place. A waste of time and gas on our part. Jorge stated that he lives in El Segundo, and was getting rides to get around. That's totally understandable, but why schedule work, when you don't intend to show up. Irresponsible, and complete lack of respect for customers. We will no longer seek your services. To any other potential client, good luck in getting through the front door.
