They’ve installed our system quite a few years ago and it still runs smoothly. We’ve had occasional routine maintenance to keep it that way. Alastair did a great job with recent maintenance and new thermostat install. Thank you.
These guys are absolutely amazing. Super professional, great communicators, courteous, clean and got the job done earlier than expected. They put an entire new 4 to. pac unit gas heater package unit on our roof. Highly recommended don't waste your time with other companies. These guys are a slam dunk. From estimate to completion they were better than great!
My heater failed on Monday & I saw on the Yelp app that Santa Clarita Custom Air had a lot of positive reviews, so I gave them a call. They said they could have a technician out by 2:00pm. The technician showed up at 2:00pm, right on time. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the part on the truck for the repair. After the repair was completed, he tested the heater multiple times to ensure the repair was done correctly. Alistair checked heater out for any other issues and found none.
