I had a pump stop working in my septic system, called Sierra Septic, and they sent a guy out that day. Pete checked the system and discovered the gfi plug had been tripped. He called in to ask if he could give me a discount because it was such a simple issue and they did. they have my business from now on. Great company with a great employee!!! Thank you, Carl Shore

Had a septic pump issue electrical wiring issue that resulted in a sewage overflow. Called electrical companies who wouldn't touch it because of the sewage overflow, but septic companies were telling me it was electrical and outside their scope. Sierra Septic came out immediately, rigged up a temporary fix, then we're out a couple days later with a permanent fix. Pete was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through my system and explain its functionality. Definitely would use again.
