John was so incredibly helpful today! He was able to quickly discover our problem and fix our broken pipe with ease. He cleaned up the site and was super nice and great to work with! I am an owner builder who had never built a house in my life. One of the requirements for the build was to install a septic system. I had septic on may previous property in Siskiyou County and was somewhat familiar with maintaining the old fashion gravity system. For this new build I was required to install an engineered Pressure Dose system which I knew nothing about. In comes Sierra Septic. After receiving the engineered plans. They got right to work.
