My Mom was in a concerning situation regarding her septic system. We had just suddenly loss our Dad; two short weeks later a septic concern appeared. She called the local company that everyone has used for decades. While the experience was not bad, the pricing was elevated prematurely before diagnostic.We were recommended to Sierra Septic. Had a septic pump issue electrical wiring issue that resulted in a sewage overflow. Called electrical companies who wouldn't touch it because of the sewage overflow, but septic companies were telling me it was electrical and outside their scope. Sierra Septic came out immediately, rigged up a temporary fix, then we're out a couple days later with a permanent fix. Pete was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through my system and explain its functionality. Definitely would use again.
