Steve, their Service Technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and got us from no water to full up and operating again in short order. American Well did the pump test at my house before purchase. I’ve called Mike on three separate occasions when I’ve had issues and each time he has explained how I can fix it myself (ranging from disinfection to a pump controller replacement). He will continue to be my first phone call.
