I had old original skylights above my kitchen and below a second floor bedroom window that had warped and become really ugly. I had many skylight companies come out and tell me they couldn't do the job. They said it was too difficult and I would need a contractor to remove stucco. Leonard came and suggested that I just replace the skylight windows and use the existing frame. He would make it look like new and 5 weeks later it was installed and looks incredible. Our kitchen looks so modern and open. His pricing was incredibly fair. He is the real deal.

Absolutely an amazing company, Leonard is a very professional and honest contractor, which is hard to find recently, I had the best experience, they didn't only replace my very large 6.5 by 4.5 ft skylight, but they also fixed my roof that was dry rotted and termites. Clean and courteous crew! Do not look to hire any other company, I highly recommend this company. I will always use them.

I recently purchased a home that had an older plastic bubble type skylight. It had a crack in it, and needed replacement. I explained what I had, but had not estimate of size. Leonard told me that if it was a "standard" size, that it would cost $895 to replace. The replacement is a Velux brand GLASS skylight. Fortunately, my skylight was one of the standard sizes, though it was still too large for any of the fancy gimmicks, such as remote control opening. He installed a fixed (non-openable) skylight for $895. He and his crew did a good job. The skylight is guaranteed for life against leakage.
