Over the years we have purchased an HVAC system and a water heater from Conejo. Both systems are excellent. We have found the technicians and supervisors at Conejo to be prompt, courteous, highly professional and honest. When our homeowners association threw us a curve on an installation, Conejo accommodated and modified our installation, actually saving us money. Aside from all this, everyone we worked with was friendly and very good at their respective jobs.
We had a problem as a result of a neighbor's installation performed by Conejo H A P E--a vent was installed on our side of the property that needed to be removed per HOA and the 6-inch hole needed to be repaired. There wasn't any movement for 2 weeks but after making contact with Ralph the GM (who contacted me), he said he'd have the problem taken care of the next day and would even come out personally to make sure it went smooth. And he did exactly what he said he would do. He's obviously a man of his word and also cares about addressing people's concerns promptly. The entire experience from quick response, professional quote with a truly engaged professional trying to give us the best options, to a fantastic electrician made getting a new 240v outlet an easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
