I just had a new central heater and new ducting installed in my home by Conejo Heating and Austin and his team did a fantastic job! I'm very particular (maybe a little OCD) about the quality of work and I had no issues. Not only were they professional and very competent, but they were friendly and polite which made working with them a pleasant experience as opposed to other contractors we have all experienced in the past. They are definitely my "go-to" company for heating/air and plumbing in the future. In fact, I'm reaching out to them in the next couple of days for a plumbing job I need. We had a problem as a result of a neighbor's installation performed by Conejo H A P E--a vent was installed on our side of the property that needed to be removed per HOA and the 6-inch hole needed to be repaired. There wasn't any movement for 2 weeks but after making contact with Ralph the GM (who contacted me), he said he'd have the problem taken care of the next day and would even come out personally to make sure it went smooth. And he did exactly what he said he would do. He's obviously a man of his word and also cares about addressing people's concerns promptly. Our furnace failed on a Sunday during a cold spell. A friend recommended Conejo Valley Heating & Air (CVHA) and so I called them on Monday morning. They came out that same day to diagnose what turned out to be multiple problems with the old equipment. By the end of the day, we had a quote for a new HVAC system and we gave them the go-ahead. CVHA proceeded to bring in multiple teams to remove the old equipment and install the new equipment, including ductwork, over the next 4 days. By Friday evening, the new HVAC system was up and running. We are very happy with the quick response and project management provided by Conejo Valley Heating & Air! Paul
