I contacted Conejo Services on their website, and they came out the next day. Jess was on time and did a tune up/inspection of the HVAC system. The thermostat was not working and he quickly found the problem (it was unplugged by a roofing worker). He did a thorough inspection of the attic equipment as I recently purchased this home.
Branden the owner even stopped by, and explained the history of his co. and the other services available. What a nice fella & his knowledge is impressive too.
