I'm so glad we found Hafiz! We reached out late at night when we discovered an issue with our fridge and freezer. He responded quickly, communicated clearly, and was able to come and resolve the issues the very next day! I really appreciated how Hafiz explained what he was doing, showed us the problems before and after repairing them, and made sure we understood how it happened, what he did to fix it, and what to watch out for going forward. Honest, transparent, and respectful communication plus quick, knowledgeable and tidy work with fair pricing...what more could you ask for? We'll definitely be calling Hafiz next time we need help with an appliance.
Hafiz was responsive, arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and friendly in explaining the problem. He offered a very fair price and also advised us that we might actually be better off replacing our dishwasher instead of repairing it. We really appreciated his skills and honesty! I will definitely contact him again in the future if we're in need of any repairs.
My LG washer died suddenly and I called Hafiz - he was able to fit me in on the same day. He arrived perfectly on time, diagnosed the problem , repaired it and was done in one hour. He is very good at troubleshooting electronics and his price was very reasonable. He could have upsold me but he is a very nice guy and wants to keep his customers for the long term ... Highly recommend
