I always have a great experience whenever I come here. I usually see Annabelle and Ekta, and they are both awesome. Unlike most doctors offices that try to rush you out as soon as they can, here I’m always seen quickly and they take their time answering all my questions. So far they have gone above and beyond to try to be helpful. I really cant understand some of the negative comments here, maybe they just weren’t prepared?

Front deskPersonnel is Professional and friendly..medical assistant MaryLou is always helpful. Dr kumar is always on time. If they are running late they let you know.I give them 4 ?

Appointment is at 0815, arrived earlier than 0800. Staff and doctor are friendly. Not as thourough though, but I just need it for my employment health exam so I just need to be in and out STAT. Still waited for a few minutes, nothing new about urgent cares. Only 4 stars because of the hassle that I have to go all the way to their Fremont facility to have a chest x-ray. Even the oldest urgent care I have been to in the area has their own x-ray machine.
