I would give less that a star if I could. My employer had been using this facility for our annual TB tests for years with no issues until now. The person who scheduled my appointment did not inform me that a letter from my employer was required, which had never been needed in the past, so when I got there they wouldn't do it. I had my employer fax a letter and waited over 20 minutes after it was sent before I walked out. The office staff was either overwhelmed or incompetent but seemed incapable of provided basic services and courteous communication. I'm not sure what changed there but it is definitely not for the better. I would strongly reconsider before using this clinic and will never again recommend it to anyone as I have done in the past.

Front deskPersonnel is Professional and friendly..medical assistant MaryLou is always helpful. Dr kumar is always on time. If they are running late they let you know.I give them 4 ?

terrible experience. they didn't answer their phone when i called so i drove there to get tb test. they didn't have the supplies. the clerk at the front desk was uncaring. she had an attitude. told me i could have gone to the union city office. Terrible customer service.
