“I always have a great experience whenever I come here. I usually see Annabelle and Ekta, and they are both awesome. Unlike most doctors offices that try to rush you out as soon as they can, here I’m always seen quickly and they take their time answering all my questions. So far they have gone above and beyond to try to be helpful. I really cant understand some of the negative comments here, maybe they just weren’t prepared?“

Despite the petty negative reviews I've read on this platform, clinics like these should be praised for their dedication in serving urgent situations. Upon walking in for my scheduled appointment, I received professional care by Gabriella and Omaira, as I was received with a warm smile. I immediately felted at ease. The young woman that took my vitals, also, was professional and friendly (sorry, don't remember your name). After a short wait, I was treated by Dr. Keaney a professional, knowledgeable, caring, friendly and what I call an angel. “I am very content with my urgent care visit here this Saturday morning. My son needed to be seen for a cough and we were in and out within 2 hours without an appt. If you already have an account established, you can make an appt same day which is nice. Every staff member was nice and knowledgeable. Radiology and lab are readily available if needed. The waiting room is pretty big with good vending machines. Thank you Dr Baffoe - Bonnie for your attentiveness and bedside manner. I would happily come back here for urgent care needs.“
