I usually do my taxes myself but this time I needed some professional assistance as my taxes were more complicated than usual. I did a search online for Income Tax Preparation in Fremont area and up popped Tax and Financial Services. I made an appointment and met Mr. Wasi Imam, Enrolled Agent. The first thing I noticed was that Wasi knew his stuff. Having done my taxes for many years and even studied personal and business income taxes in college, I was impressed by Wasi's grasp of even the more complicated areas of income taxes. I was aware that there are numerous areas of income tax that are somewhat ambiguous and I was happy to hear Wasi say that when the tax law is ambiguous he interprets the tax regulations in the favor of his client. In the end, I was very happy with the way Wasi had completed my income taxes and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend his services to anyone..

Wasi is more like a trusted business advisor who helps me come up with business strategies in the short term and long term. The accountants here take the time to personally go over my financial statements like balance sheets and profit and loss statements in plain English and makes sure that I understand how that impacts my business bottom line. At this firm they have gone beyond just accountancy or tax preparation and continue to work side by side with me as I hopefully keep growing my business.
