Sneha gives the kind of massage I have been looking for! She is strong and very skilled with her hands. I felt so balanced when I left and have been pain free for over a week since the massage, which is unheard of for me. I had a bad car accident a few years ago and have had chronic neck and shoulder pain, and most other massage therapists have barely skimmed the surface. She got in there and made me feel so relaxed. I Highly recommend her!
Shanti Healing's new location (formerly of Newark) is fantastic! This review is a little late but I still wanted to leave a review. I visited Shanti healing a few weeks ago and it was everything she said it would be except she said it would not be the relaxing type of massage to me it felt really good. I came in and my body was beat up, I mean beat up from the stressors from work, day to day stressors and past trauma. I was told I would need multiple sessions because it was a lot of tension in my body. My back and hips were worked, I was definitely sore the next few days but it was a good sore. I will absolutely make sure I include Shanti healing a part of my healing regimen.
