“Got a new water heater and have it installed by a plumbing company last week, but noticed there was a leakage yesterday so I called the manufacturer early in the morning to assign a technician to resolve this. Tommy of Bay Water Plumbing came around noon to replace the unit. He did a great job on the work. He was also very patient and helpful while waiting for me to go through the paper works to get the replacement in the retail store. I was also very happy with the company as they responded immediately to my urgent need since leaking water could cause issues to my house if not resolved quickly. Fortunately, they fixed it in a very short period of time.“

Quickly diagnosed that a replacement was needed and explained why, left to pick up the parts, then returned to complete the installation -- all in the same appointment.
