If I could give 100 stars I would. Chava came and installed a smart thermostat, he knew exactly what he was doing and made it look so effortless! He even was so nice to install my filter. Someone else would have taken so much time to complete the task but he was done so quick! If you want professionalism and perfection, call Chava at Dukes Heating and Air Conditioning!
Thank you Dukes team. We have old furnace heater which had a problem. I called few hvac companies but most don't work with it. Not only dukes team knew about old floor heater but they sent the help right away. Jesus and his team is really friendly, skilled and they work fast. For us fixing the problem fast was more important then finding most economical quote, but we ended up getting really fast service and very reasonable cost. Looks like they do any kind of work related to heating and cooling and will sure give my business to them in future for related work.
The service person who came today to run a routine maintenance check on our heater was on time, professional, friendly, and patient. He took the time to show me how to change the filter, and that we did not have the proper size. Cleaned out and serviced our heater in a timely manner. I feel confident using it all winter, and more informed about heater health. I will definitely keep them as my go-to heater contact and would recommend Duke's to family and friends.
