The first time we called Duke’s about a year and a half ago, was for a general service on the heater we had such a great experience. So when we needed a heater repair this week we knew exactly who to call. Duke’s was able to make it out quickly, was patient to find, and fix our issue to get our heater back up and running. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
If I could give 100 stars I would. Chava came and installed a smart thermostat, he knew exactly what he was doing and made it look so effortless! He even was so nice to install my filter. Thank you Dukes team. We have old furnace heater which had a problem. I called few hvac companies but most don't work with it. Not only dukes team knew about old floor heater but they sent the help right away. Jesus and his team is really friendly, skilled and they work fast. For us fixing the problem fast was more important then finding most economical quote, but we ended up getting really fast service and very reasonable cost. Looks like they do any kind of work related to heating and cooling and will sure give my business to them in future for related work.
