Thank you Dukes team. We have old furnace heater which had a problem. I called few hvac companies but most don't work with it. Not only dukes team knew about old floor heater but they sent the help right away. Jesus and his team is really friendly, skilled and they work fast. For us fixing the problem fast was more important then finding most economical quote, but we ended up getting really fast service and very reasonable cost. Looks like they do any kind of work related to heating and cooling and will sure give my business to them in future for related work.
I called Duke’s for an estimate for a new furnace but instead of giving me a quote he ( Duke himself) checked my system and the thermostat first because he said I might not really need a new furnace. The problem turned out to be just a broken thermostat. He also cleaned the heat sensor, etc…He came on time, he was very nice, wore booties every time he entered my house to protect my floors and carpet ( it was raining at the time too!). He changed the thermostat and charged me for service and the thermostat for less than 200.00 vs the thousands of dollars I was quoted by other HVAC companies for a new furnace which they immediately recommended I need to replace just...read full review
Our AC went out and first we called the company that installed the AC; the owner looked at our furnace, saw it was 20 years old, and decided right away that was the issue even though we believed otherwise. He left us with a quote for $$$$ to replace the furnace. We called Dukes for additional troubleshooting and the gentleman came out, determined it not to be the furnace, within 10 minutes fixed our problem and charged us $100. We were very pleased not only with the money Dukes saved us but everything from scheduling the service call, notifications when the tech was on route and being on time, and lastly the service we received. They will be our go-to from here on out.
