BEWARE! This place is extremely unprofessional and sketchy. They refused credit and debit card payments, demanding cash-only, a hefty $400! The staff is rude and greedy insisting I go to a local ATM that was 30min of walking for cash when I was willing to pay with my debit card.

Overpriced fees and charges for their towing services. The City of Hayward should be ashamed to be having such services requested and really shows the lack of care for the quality of life that their civilians are put under. Their actions are PREDATORY and HARMFUL, especially in a community where many people are barely making ends meet. Horrid service, and snotty behavior by smug service men really cement this as one of the weakest points of living in Hayward. Surely there are other ways to enforce parking laws right? Just terrible, negative people.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with All Brauns Towing, and I feel compelled to share my experience to alert others in the community. On a Sunday night, my car was towed right in front of my eyes from the Bridgeway Community in Newark, CA. Shockingly, there were no visible signs indicating that parking was not allowed in the area. I have photo and video evidence documenting the entire incident, and I can confirm that the towing occurred without proper justification.This isn't an isolated incident.
