“Came here today Sunday 4/24/2021 - for the very first time to get my 2020 Taxes done with zero expectations. The Tax Office we normally go to wasn't available, (Closed due to 2020/2021 - COVID/Pandemic), so thought this would be a decent place to get Taxes done on a weekend. I was served by Ms. Kristie (Dung) guessing her name is "Kristie Uyen Le" based on the business card she handed me. She took a look at my paperwork and said "Ok, this is easy, Two W-2's and a few other things, we can do this.." I said "Well, great. How much?.." She said "We charge $70" um..thinking to myself..."Ok, for a first time Customer I guess...it would be nice if she could have trimmed a bit off the price tag, but what ever. * shrug * Ms. Kristie was professional and courteous. The whole process took about 20 min from start to finish..with E-File. EDIT - 5/19/2021 - Tax Returns arrived..as expected! Very happy...looking forward to returning again next year. :) Thank You!“
