I went for a routine cleaning the week before I was having a total knee replacement surgery. My bridge was loose and I had a cavity underneath. At first they wanted me to have it fixed the night before my surgery, I was uncomfortable with the timeline so they were able to fit me in on the same day. I was nervous about my upcoming surgery and Dr Pfaffinger put me at ease. He filled my cavity and had me on my way in less than an hour. I was able to take antibiotics the 5 days prior to my surgery. He was off work for the weekend but he told me if I had any issues I could call him. What a God send! thank you......ps. my surgeon was very happy I had it fixed beforehand.....

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Pfaffinger is AMAZING. I hate the dentist chair something fierce. I'm such a baby. Today, I had my first filling in a very long time. I freaked myself out so much before I got there. He was so kind and compassionate! I told him not to fire me as his patient I won't go anywhere else. He and his staff are fabulous!

When we moved to this community in very late 2004, we asked our new neighbors where they went for dental, medical, and other forms of care. They recommended the Creaseys, so we went to their practice from early 2005 until we moved away in late 2020. (At that time, they partnered with Dr. DicKard who has since retired. For the past several years, they have been partnered with Dr. Pfaffinger.) I get my teeth cleaned every three months, alternating between a general dentist and a periodontist. My hygienist at Creasey's practice was Cheri M. She always did a thorough job and I enjoyed yakking with her. Jean came in to check my mouth every year or two. Jean is gone for a couple of weeks every year, tending to the dental needs of a pygmy tribe in Uganda. That's important to me, and I appreciated her skills and concern for people who need care.
