Highly recommend. Kate is very good at what she does. Every massage has been relaxing and helpful. She incorporates so many things into each session, and flows beautifully. Her touch is always consistent in pressure and intuitively goes where it is most needed. She's the best massage therapist I've ever been too. Very professional and caring too! I'm always very impressed by her talent and ability.

Stepping into Kate's office was like stepping into a ray of sunshine. I was greeted with a touch of sweet orange and neroli, a comfortable room, and her bright presence. She is a skilled therapist with all the bells and whistles to boot. Warm stones, healing oils, strong touch with flowing strokes lulled me into an altered state! Potent vibrations coursed through me as she concluded the session with energy work. I seriously felt transported! She was able to move along a discomfort that was threatening to settle in my shoulder, as well as release a burdensome adhesion I was carrying for 3 years since my pregnancy. I'm filled with gratitude!

Kate has amazing hands!, I went in feeling really tight and tense and had some knots in shoulder Kate found my tense spots and worked them out! I walked out feeling new,relaxed, and ready to take on the world! I would highly recommend getting a massage by Kate
