I had the pleasure of experiencing this establishment for the first time, and I must say, it was an exceptional visit. Dr. Lee exudes warmth, professionalism, and respect from the moment you meet him. His insightful advice and engaging conversations make the experience truly memorable. Additionally, Leo, the tech, adds to the welcoming atmosphere with his delightful personality. I highly recommend this place for all your optometry needs; it's truly a gem.

Went through a list with my insurance then went to Yelp to check reviews on this optometry place in my neighborhood and I really didn't expect to have such a great experience here. I came into only to inquire and ended up being seen right away for my eye exam. Best part is, it was on a Saturday morning. What are the chances of that? I work Mon-Fri so it is so hard making appointments for these types of things. I came in and was greeted with kind front desk staff and the assistant Rona helped me throughout the entire process. Great customer service from beginning to end. They were not busy so she was able to spend a lot of one on one time with me, even helping me pick out the glasses that best suited me. The Doc was so sweet, kind, knowledgeable and super personable. She built a connection that made me feel like I had being going there for years. I am so glad I finally found a new vision care home and I am so glad it is in National City. They are kind of hidden behind Price Breakers (IYKYK) but I hope that through yelp they gets lots of business and stay open. Side note: As I was leaving, the doctor was actually helping another guest and I couldn't help but notice she spoke spanish! I thought that was pretty cool. Thanks again VIVE Optometry for such a pleasant and positive experience. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses!

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and professional! I came in to get help with contacts and they were great from the start. Everything has been smooth and handled in a timely manner!
