Wish I could give them ZERO stars! I'm visiting San Diego and had a couple payroll checks to cash. I came here and the little Asian woman gave me a hard time. I've never been there before, so they had to do some verification, understandable. Then she asked all these suggesting questions about why I have two checks, why are they dated one day after the other, my job title and such. She then had to call payroll at the company I worked for for further verification. She got that then claimed she had to speak to their bank. She then tells me (after getting verification) that I couldn't cash my check. I ask why and she says they couldn't disclose why. Like how are you telling me I couldn't get my money and can't tell me the reason? I literally felt soo extremely uncomfortable and it made me feel as if they were assuming I was attempting to cash a fraudulent check. DO NOT come here. Esp if your blk. Go down the street to USA Checks Cashed across from Walmart. They were great and cashed both my check... oh and they have a lower fee for processing your check!

Never trust this place, they steal from the elderly. My mother gave the cashier $1452.00. The cashier then proceeded to make the transaction for $1252.00 and when my mother brought it to their attention they laughed about it. She called NCPD they told her there was nothing they could do because she had left the business. Which I guess is true, they can erase any video that shows the cashier pocketing the money. These people are just gross.4 years later this place is still garbage.

Never gonna cash my check here again the employee treated me like I was stupid cuz she kept asking the same questions over & over again, then when I was done she said she had to take my photo before she gave me my money, I've been in this place before to send money & I cashed my check last year with no problems, so from now on I'll be cashing my checks somewhere else..
