Recently I was at Plaza Bonita and on my way out I saw Tech Defense Kiosk. I have an iPhone with a broken home button in need of repair. He was friendly, Knowledgeable, honest and able to repair my phone. He went over and beyond tried multiple buttons and screens and found it was the screen and not the button. He saved me money and time. He was comfortable with me watching during the process. Finished in under 20 min. I will return when I need a fix.
Maaaaan this location is amazing!! Jacob and his staff are outstanding! I have gotten a few phones fixed over the years (when they were I-repair) and my iPad as well! They have various cases and AirPod cases to choice from! They aren’t just basic ones they are character ones like Kobe, Pokémon, sport related items, and Nickelodeon characters! They are quick and very professional highly recommended
I broke my phone for the 3rd time being clumsy but i came to my guys and they got me right thanks a mail great attitude great prices made sure you were straight before you left they are located by Target
