*Horrible 2 week long experience*Everything Was great and all until my Doc switched over to a Private Practice. As she informed me that everything would be good for the upcoming months for my appointments with a new Doc and such. I was never put in for my monthly tele-health appointments for refills and follow-ups for my prescription. Making an appointment took a week. My wife even helped to assist me because she thought the whole situation was bizarre.(being out on hold for hours, literally 3 hours until they hung up on her.) I’ve been on this medication for years and years since I was little and now suddenly experience issues due to the delay of everything overall....read full review
Waited on the phone for 30 minutes . Phone call was answered by a tremendously rude customer rep. Tony. Continuously interrupting me as I was trying to give him the information needed to book an appointment. Disappointing. If your generally upset with your job , get a new one Sir .
I have received care for about 2 years. I was unable to tolerate any of the psychiatric meds. I have been on Gapapentin for several years. I was working with the MD on trying different medications. I put in a request for state disability. The portion that the physician filled out said visual and auditory hallucinations. I never reported anything like this. I would be the first to report this if it was occurring. Maybe ....I was hallucinating when I read the disability report....ha ha. Anyway, be careful of what you say because this could cause horrible problems. Other than that the PA was very kind and seemed to want to help. The receptionist is my main problem, when I call to request refills she will say...I will contact the provider...over and over this goes....i call...same answer. Caring???? not.
