HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I was referred to this company by a wonderful friend who has helped me with insurance Edie years now. She referred me to ERIKA who was by far has the WORST customer service ever. I called first thing in the morning (9AM) and asked about a quote and she said due to technical difficulties she would call me at 11AM once she had the quote ready. 11:30AM she never called but I got a quote via email. I had questions about the quote and was not comfortable giving my cc number via email. I asked her to call me back and she responded in CAPS letting me know the phones were still down.
