I’ve been with her for years now. I have full coverage and I’ve never been disappointed with the service State Farm provides. I have zero deductible whenever I have had a claim and I get car rentals coverage when I’ve experienced a total loss. Only had to pay like 30 in taxes after I returned the rental. So I’m very happy with State Farm.
I have been at this agency for a year, they have always treated me well, any questions have been answered in a timely manner. Much more important, when a person hit my vehicle, they helped me quickly to fix my car in a timely manner without much problem.
The purpose of an agent should be to facilitate or to the very least help with any insurance needs. Don't know why the need for insurance agents if they direct you to State Farm customer service for everything. That only leads to ridiculous hold times and non-existing follow ups. State Farm recommends contacting your agent for inquiries. Agents claim they can only request State Farm to contact customers and have minimal access. Frustrating!!! Update: I am updating my previous review. State Farm contacted me and assisted me with my claim after this review. I was able to solve my claim in less than 15 minutes! They apologized for the late response and inconveniences.
